Lovely room with nice touch of a Freddy on the kids pillow. Got everything needed in the room. Good evening entertainment and swimming pool. Could see animals in the evening and kids loved the play area. Friendly staff, especially at the temple restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was incredible, as it was right in the heart of the park. We had early entry into the park, which allowed us to make the most of our time here. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms were very nice and we were impressed by the level of cleanliness. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. The hotel also had excellent amenities including a swimming pool and spa, which were a great way to relax after a day of exploring.
We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is located in a separate area near the safari, allowing guests to be in direct touch with nature. The themed room, such as the giraffe-themed room, provides a unique and enjoyable experience for children. The breakfast at the Safari Grill offers a good choice of fry up options, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and cereal.
Limited staff availability led to long queues and difficulty in getting information.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The well chosen things and had a fine view of the wildlife. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's entertainment was great and my kids had a great time. The early theme park entry was a bonus and allowed us to enjoy all the rides. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice family vacation.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The lobby area was perfect for our large group, and the powerful AC was a plus. The rooms were really good, with comfortable beds that nobody wanted to get up from. The swimming pool and splash pool were fantastic for the kids. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome, especially for my nephew's 1st birthday celebration. The rangers club was a hit with the kids. The facilities were fab, and the view overlooking the safari park was beautiful. The hotel had great child-friendly activities in every section.
